As an admin being able to Login As a other users is incredible useful during initial launch, training, and for ongoing support. Since so much of Aha! is customizable, it is tough to help each team member learn how to use and create filters and views that make sense for them.

Have you explored the use of Shared saved views? Its possible to share saved views with your team, as well as to customize much of the application at the account level. You can also set system broadcasts to promote specific capabilities to your team.
At this time, based on security reasons, we do not plan to provide capabilities in this area to allow for logins as other users. However, we hope that the other capabilities can help with training.
