Add AHA User Types

As an AHA Product Owner, I find there are certain permissions I would like a user to have that is less than the permissions allowed under the contributor license but more than the reviewer license.

Currently our operations team identifies "issues / bugs" in our product lines and after they are entered as a "feature" in aha we need them to set the prioritization of these items and would like it if we could allow a user type where we could customize the permissions level to allow them to move "features" within any release in the "Parking Lot' as well as the ability to resort the rank order by dragging and dropping within the "parking lot" releases.

Thank you for the idea. Each of the different roles within Aha! have specific permissions and capabilities. As you know, contributors and product owners are the users who have the ability to edit feature rank and release. Reviewers are able collaborate on features through comments and To-dos.

One option would be to setup an ideas portal where your operations team could create the issues as ideas. They could then use votes to help you understand the priority so that you could promote them to features within the appropriate release.

We don't plan to expand the capabilities of current roles or add new roles as the current permissions framework was based on substantial research and customer feedback. We hope you can understand.
