Organizational roles for users

In addition to user roles for permissions within Aha, it would be great if each user could also have a role within the organization of the workspace lists/workspaces.

For example, our initiatives each of a senior leader. If we add a custom user field for Sr. Leader, we have to choose from all users in our instance of Aha. Having organizational roles would facilitate an update to custom user fields to limit the users that appear in the user field to those with a specific role.

There are many ways that users having a defined organizational role would be beneficial for program management in Aha!
