In the Aha knowledge portal there should be a list of everything a user who is granted "owner" permissions can do. Currently one has to navigate between several lists- such as the one for ideas and roadmaps. Automations, however, isn't a feature of either ideas or roadmaps and as such you have to go to the Automations document to find out that workspace owners can control automations.
1. I don't easily know what giving someone workspace ownership means - I can't provide guidance to my teams as to who they should give this to and under what circumstances
2. I can't guage the impact of removing this permission from them
Therefore, teams at my company tend to not use the workspace owner role and instead try to resort to custom roles- which is problematic since a user can only be granted a single custom role at a time.
