What is the challenge? |
It can be difficult for users to find the correct person to give them access to a workspace. |
What is the impact? |
Users will often ask the admin team for access to specific workspaces, instead of the workspace Owners. When this happens, the admins need to look up who owns the workspace, then connect them with the user requesting access. |
Describe your idea |
If there was an "Owner(s)" field that could be added to workspace reports, the list of workspaces in my account could be exposed via a webpage or the new PowerBI integration to allow the organization to see what workspaces exist in the account & who owns each. |
The CSV/Excel exports and PowerBI share options for this field in reports is presented as raw HTML (tags, user id paths, cdn urls for avatar pictures, etc.). Would it possible to have this field export solely as the user names and/or emails?
Even a format that can be parsed with Excel functions would be great!
