Additional granularity on custom roles

We would like to create a custom role that controls who can create and edit the following:

* custom fields for ideas

* custom fields for workspaces

* idea portals

* ideas layouts

* ideas forms layouts

* ideas portal layouts

* workspace layouts

* ideas workflows

* integrations

What we would like to do is not allow administrators to customize their ideas without locking down other portions of Aha! such as features, epics, roadmaps.
