I have a few leaders that have periodically asked for a list of the current licensed Aha users. I currently provide that to them via an export. It would be super helpful for them to be able to view this information directly without having to give them elevated permissions to actually do something (like admin, billing, and customizations).
I would suggest, perhaps an elevated permission that only allows them to view the information (so you still don't have to give to all users) and could be applied similar to admin, billing, and customizations. And only make the option available to licensed users.
I would also add that if they can view the user information, allow them to export it as well. That way it's a bit self-serving for what they need, but they can't change anything (purposely or accidentally).
Thank you for the request. It is possible to give admin permissions to reviewers and viewers. As you noted, they would be able to add/edit users.
While we know that this does not completely solve the request, we hope that this workaround can help. At this time, we do not have plans to expand permissions related to this area. We hope you can understand.
That's unfortunate. I realize you need to be selective about what you implement. Your workaround is not practical for this use. I hope at some point you will reconsider expanding the capabilities. Thanks
