Limit contributors or another role to edit selective fields
Contributors or another role should have the capability to edit selective fields (ie Internal Notes or Description) vs all fields like the product owner. By default, the field should be editable by the product owner, but there should be a setting when creating the field to designate if it's can be editable by contributors or another role.

Thank you for the note. As you know, Contributors essentially have the same capabilities as Product owners, but they cannot manage users or change most product configuration settings.
If there are certain fields which you would suggest that only Product Owners can edit, we would suggest communicating this to your team. With custom fields, you can also add a tooltip to communicate this as well. Based on historical feedback and current priorities, we are unlikely to make changes in this area. We hope you can understand.
