Allow custom fields to be viewable/editable only by certain users

To help us prioritize ideas beyond votes, we intend to store some sensitive customer data in Organizations custom fields (e.g. ACV or ARR). While Support users in our company need access to see an org's submitted ideas, I need to limit their ability to see or craft reports on this sensitive data.

I'd like an option to denote whether a given custom field in a workspace should be available to view/edit by viewers/reviewers/contributors/owners in that workspace.
