We have several hundred users in Aha! who have been added because they saw the Aha! icon on our SSO portal and were curious to know more. This has built up over the recent weeks and requires a lot of effort to delete each user individually when there are so many. We can bulk edit and add products, being able to delete in bulk with appropriate messaging and control (e.g. only a billing administrator can do the bulk delete) would save work.
I agree. I just sent an email to support to delete 330 users. It would be nice if I could do it myself or upload a CSV action to delete the group of users.
I agree. I'm trying to clean up users who have not been active for over a year, but there isn't a way to delete in bulk. So, I must do this individually & I have a good 100 to do.
