When we create To Do's in Aha, we do it in a Daily Standup environment so any number of our users could create the To-Do. Most often it's the scrum master. We don't assign a user until we are ready i.e. have the capacity, to do the work so we leave the assignee blank. We use unassigned tasks as the backlog that we can assign to available resource. The problem is that as you create new To do's if you leave them blank, they default to the creator as the assignee. The creator then has to manually unassign his name from the task before it will appear in the Blank list. Can you separate Creator and Assignee?
