Custom terminology for new "Roadmap" menu
Currently, you can create custom terminology for most of the menu's in Aha and other terminology. I would also like to be able to rename the Roadmap menu (for example to Reports, as this is more meaningful for our company) as the new Roadmap menu name has confused users.

It is now possible to fully customize the terminology used in the Aha! Roadmaps primary navigation!
In Settings > Workspace > Terminology there are now two sections: Navigation and Record terminology.
This means you can change "Roadmaps" to "Reports" if desired, and also change any other terms in the primary navigation. Record terms that are also used in the navigation will automatically be updated in the navigation (releases, ideas, and features.) But these can be overridden as well using the new custom navigation terminology.

Change the "Roadmaps" menu back to "Reports"
Not sure why the "Reports" menu name changed to "Roadmaps" in the first place but it is a constant, confusing irritant within our organization. The menu name "Roadmaps" makes no sense here and is extremely confusing. Not everything under that menu...

Strongly agree! We have to spend some time on training new users that 'Roadmaps' means 'Reports' in aha.
This needs to be changed. If there are different audiences for Aha, can you not just make these Tab names customiable?
Considering how loaded with meaning the term "Roadmap" is for a PM, having a whole generic of the tool that is really just Reports call "Roadmap" is disorienting and annoying every time I have to click on the word Roadmap. Please let us change it to something that is more meaningful.
What's the reason behind the change made by the Aha product team? I'm very curious behind the logic for this change. Like many others, this is causing extreme confusion. It would make more sense to have a designated tab for report, and move dashboard and analytic sections under the report tab.
I hope you can see the confusion and pain this is causing for your users and consider improving the UX of the navigation bar.
Strongly agree on this one. "Roadmap" menu for Roadmaps and Analytics is misleading in our case. "Reports" is more on point to how we both communicate and use the contents of the menu.
It really makes no sense, especially since the admins have the ability to rename everything in the menu bar except for "roadmaps". Who thought to rename this section to roadmaps?
I agree with this as well. There is another idea I entered in after this idea was entered that has the status of "Unlikely to Implement". https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/AFPR-I-7347 It is also merged with another idea with that same status. https://big.ideas.aha.io/ideas/A-I-8255 Can you please update in one of these ideas if it is a future consideration or is unlikely to implement and merge them all together with this idea?
Also, I'm curious as to what the feedback is you refer to in the other ideas that Aha is unlikely to implement this at any time. Could you please elaborate on that? There has been a lot of confusion as to why this tab is named "Roadmaps", when there is reporting in the tab named "Roadmaps", but not all the reports in the tab are actual roadmaps. Thank you!
I totally agree. The menu name "Roadmaps" makes no sense here and is extremely confusing. Not everything under that menu is a roadmap. A roadmap can be considered a type of report but not vice versa. How about just changing the menu name back to "Reports" and not even bother with making it a configurable term?
