Recently the "Report" tab was changed to read "Roadmap". This is really confusing to our users as they are looking for reporting options within the system. Can this tab be changed back to say "Reports", or can the admins be given the ability to name this tab whatever is fit for their company setup?
Thank you for your feedback. At this time based on the feedback we have received we do not have plans to change the navigation back to Reports. However we will continue to watch customer feedback here. We hope you can understand.
Just wanted to add that this is very confusing in my org as well. I'd be curious to understand the reasoning for this change, as it's been really frustrating for us. We use reports for a lot of different things besides just roadmaps.
Aha needs to fix this ASAP. Why would you name reports to roadmap? This is so confusing. I’m surprised that your other customers aren’t complaining. What is the rationale for naming the reports tab to Roadmap? Are all sub-menus under the roadmap tab related to roadmap? Doesn’t seem so. So why would you call this tab Roadmap?
Ok, thanks for the update. Just so you're aware of our situation, the way that we have the system set up is we keep track of roadmaps under what you guys have as the "release" tab. So since you've changed "Reports" to be "roadmaps", we now have 2 tabs that say "roadmaps" at the top of the screen. I think this could be solved by allowing admins to rename the "roadmaps" tab to whatever they need it to be like they are able to rename the rest of the tabs. Is there a reason why you're not allowing that? Thanks! Katie
