Add logic to workflow approval groups (Based on Type, for example)

I'd really like to add automation or workflow based on approval groups, but different 'types' or 'categories' would require different approval groups. I could do this manually, or it looks like I can add an approval, but I want workflow approval based on Type or Category.

If an idea comes in that's Category A, then it should be approved by Group A (any member) but if it's Category B, then Group B should get the approval (any member).
