Allowing workflow approval groups to be used in a "to-do" approval will help streamline who is approving all epics without having to manually assign them every time. It will also allow us to continue using a flexible workflow.

I would restate this as "Add the ability to use the workflow approval groups in any to-do". I actually want to generate the "to-do" automatically with the approvals, or send out the "to-do" in advance of the approvals so my reviewers have time to review the information before the approvals happen.
