Support approvals in a goal status workflow

We need approval gates for our goals due to documentation requirements. Therefore fixed workflows would be great, currently we have to add these approvals manually and change states afterwards.

Yes! We need a way to make sure new goals align with plans on the executive level, so having a proper sign-off would help.

This would be very valuable to us for allowing only executives to approve new goals that have been requested.

I'd love to see this as well!

I want to ensure that only senior executives can approve product goals, as some other users have been changing the status of the goals to 'approved' without a proper sign off.
