Approve and add record to support Requirements

What is the challenge?

WHen our UX team surface findings in their research they do so as a Work Request for that finding. As product we then need to review the request and if we feel it has merit, we can surface it for prioritization. However, often these requests are more story level requirements that would be part of a larger epic or initiative and so we struggle with where to associate this for further action.

What is the impact?

By adding these as requirements we can easily place multiple UX requirements under our existing epics/initaitives which we then handle through scope and acceptance criteria in epics
