It would be useful for Users of Aha to see that a customer has read a response, a notification could be sent to the user of Aha when a customer hits like/or thumbs up, which it could also keep a track of, we could allow any customer reading the response to hit like/thumbs up.. or even thumbs down if they disagree with a response we have given, will allow us then to feedback some more and ask more questions if necessary.
