Another way to receive notifications when an idea has been commented

Aha should have a notification center, maybe similar to Facebook's. This is helpful because as a product owner, I care about every idea that enters the portal, not just ones assigned to me or that I watch. A notification center will make sure I see what has been commented on and stay up to date. The notifications should not clear until I have clicked on them.
