Display Idea submitter's name (only) in Idea reports

Can we change "Idea Created By" to just show the user's name, and not also include the email address?  Perhaps create a new field called "Idea Created By Email".

Reason:
Clients LOOOOOOVE the Idea Portal.  We have created a report showing the submitted Ideas that we've shipped in the past 60 days.  It's ok for our clients to see the names of the people who submitted the Idea.  But it's not ok for our clients to see each other's email addresses.  Granted it's typically a business email address, but nevertheless, there is some cause for concern.
