Promoting an idea should copy the creator's information to the feature

What is the challenge?

Currently, the "Created By" field on the idea card in Aha! displays only the name of the user who submitted the idea. However, this information is lost when the idea is promoted to a feature/epic, making it difficult to track the original ideator.

What is the impact?

Implementing this feature would significantly reduce the number of questions on the idea portal, thereby streamlining the ideation process for our team. This enhancement would ensure that the original ideator's information is preserved and easily accessible throughout the idea's lifecycle.

Describe your idea

We propose adding an option to include two fields on the idea card: one for the "Created By" name and another for the "Created By" email. This will ensure that the original ideator's details remain visible and accessible even after the idea is promoted to a feature/epic. As per the current design, we lose track of the ideator's name (i.e., "Created By") on the idea card once a concept is promoted, which is a significant drawback.
