Add "created by email address" to idea list fields

Right now we have "created by email domain" but not the actual user email address which is critical information for exported reports.

    We will add the email address to the "Idea created by" field. I assume you noticed that you can get the name of the person who submitted the idea via that field already. The format will be:

        First name Last name (email address)
