We would like to be able to display the “Assignee” on the idea portal form (not for editing, just to show who the idea ticket is assigned to). This isn't an option to add to the portal is because it is a system field.
This would help to reporters to know who has their ticket. We have added the info to reports but not all Idea reporters access all reports. Showing the assignee in the Idea gives a name for the reporter to comment to and communicate with if necessary outside of the ticket.
Thanks!
There are several new standard fields that you can now add to your ideas portal layout to keep folks up-to-date about what you are working on. This includes who the idea is assigned to, its tags, and its product value score. You can also add details about the record an idea was promoted to — like the feature name and status or the release name and date. Note: the release fields will only show after the idea has shipped.
Dive into the details here.
Thanks! This was available for me yesterday, but now the options are gone.
Agree that this would be really helpful--I have users who would like to do exactly this.
This would be extremely helpful for our internal-only Ideas Portal, so account managers and such could figure out which PM is their point of contact for specific ideas.
To me this is a must-
portal users need to know who is changing the status of their idea
Having the Assignee in the Idea Portal will prevent unnecessary emails/phone calls to determine who to talk to about the submitted Idea
It would be beneficial to show user-type fields in the Idea Portal to be able to share assignee and other potential team member info for those working on the idea.
do we have solution of the request as our team needs this for their idea portal
Hi Team,
Do we have any solution for this request?
Regards

Agree. This will help us drive transparency internally on which PM is assigned and shoild be reach out to.
I agree, this enhancement would be extremely beneficial to my idea portal users. Is this still expected to be implemented?
