Show product owner to portal users Merged

Our portal is internal. Once a submission has been made we want to be able to show in the portal view who the product owner is that the request has been 'Assigned to'. This allows the portal user to know who is dealing with the request. It is a field that is already in Aha so it just needs to be made visible in the custom layouts list.
