Add tool tip to product/product line configuration

As an Aha! admin the 'configure product and marketing workspaces' screen is confusing when you want to edit/delete a product for which you are not a product owner.

The current behaviour is that the delete button is not visible and the edit button is greyed out and has a tool tip of a no-entry sign.

Please could you add a tool tip explaining that the reason the product (to which you do not have Product Owner permissions) is not editable is that you you are not a product owner.
