Allow Non-Admin Product Owners to Configure Product-Specific Ideas Portals

We need Product Owners to have full rights to configure their Ideas Portals (without giving them account Admin rights). From what I can tell, to do the necessary level of Idea Portal config, you have to be an Admin - this is prohibitive because it creates an unnecessary bottleneck with the few Admins we have. Product Owners own their products and their ideas portals so we need for them to own this.

    Thank you for the idea. Given the low volume of support for this idea, we do not have plans to make updates in this area at this time.

    Fully agree and have the exact same issues.  The admin customize access is currently too broad.  Product owners should have a degree of autonomy without requiring full admin access.
