Ability to send newsletter to Ideas Portal Members

We have numerous clients who submit their ideas to our portal and the only way to know where their idea stands in comparison to the other ideas is to go back into the portal and check or to ask us.
What we'd like is the ability to send a newsletter of the Recent/Trending/Popular ideas to our portal users with the click of a button on a monthly basis

This is a great idea. Definitely need a mechanism to push out information to the people who are contributing, to give them updates, encourage and engage with them.
