Ability to enable/disable each email template for the ideas portal

We have ideas with hundreds of people voting and commenting on features and have received feedback from our users that they are overwhelmed with emails from the portal, in particular, the "User has Commented" email. 


We would like the ability to disable this email whilst still having the New Idea, Admin Response and Status Update emails sending out.

    Would this be needed if the users were able to control the frequency and types of emails that they received? What is some of your users wanted to receive that notification, so they could re-engage with the conversation?
