It would be awesome if we had a way to post messages in the idea portal for users. I'm currently thinking about using this around the holidays to share updated SLA time frames (our portal is internal and we commit to a certain time frame for responses/updates).

This would be helpful to add idea guidelines, such as 'please only add 1 idea per submission' or to let the users know what the different statuses know for our organization so we can set accurate expectations. Thank you!
I agree it would be useful to have the possible to post announcements on the portal, similar to those we see AHA themselves post in the AHA application.
