Ability to choose what emails are sent from my ideas portal
The ideas portal email updates are great for closing the loop with stakeholders, but some users have complained about the volume of emails they get because of the many statuses we use.
I would like to be able to choose what statuses warrant an email (i.e. no email for "future consideration" but do send email for "likely to implement" or "added to roadmap").

Thank you for your idea. This is currently possible by unselecting the "Shown in ideas portal" option in your custom status workflow. Emails will only be sent for statuses that are shown in the portal. This article explains idea notifications in more detail.
