Bulk edit workspace sharing permissions on documents

What is the challenge?

I have a need to hide a folder of documents in my Knowledge Advanced hierarchy.

I am working on a new idea. And I am laying it out in notes under a folder, to keep the thoughts together. I don't yet know how many documents I need in that folder because I am still brainstorming - this is a new process for us.

I don't want the full team who has access to this workspace to see this new work yet.

And I don't want to have to remember to hide each new document that I create within that folder. And I'm pretty sure that I will forget at some point to hide a new note I create, which would be bad.

And, the way the folder is named, I really just don't want the team seeing that empty folder with its name sitting out there either.

What is the impact?

The new functionality hide documents doesn't help in this scenario. So I will need to keep using another solution (another workspace, or keeping my documents outside of Aha!) until I can do this at the folder level.

Describe your idea

Allow users to set the default access and visibility for a folder, that would then cascade down to all notes that are contained within it.

Ideally there is an override for an individual document, but it's ok if I try to make a document visible in a hidden folder and I was told I can't and instead I need to move that one document elsewhere.
