Ability to hide the 3 colored boxes on top for folders (in Notebook)

I am collecting some internal material under Notebook on company level. On top of the folder, that I created particularly for this, I want to hide "Guided template, Note, Whiteboard". I do not want other users to be able to add content there, that's why. And therefore they should not see these boxes either. I want to give it a cleaner look for all other users that just needs to read this.

Hide nested notes does work for the content underneath, but not for getting rid of the big 3 colored boxes =)
