Archive workspaces in a line without moving them in the hierarchy

When archiving a workspace, you can simply remove access from all users.

However, if that workspace exists in a workspace line that others have access to, there isn't a way to remove permissions to just that one workspace.

The ideal behavior would be to have a way to archive a workspace without moving its place in the hierarchy, and ideally without having to remove user access, so it's in the right place with the right permissions if it needs restored later.
