Need to be able to manage child record relationships from other workspaces

As a workspace owner, I should be able to have visibility into any work that is attached to my initiatives. Currently, users in workspaces I do not have any permissions to can link their work to my initiatives but the features are not visible to me in any view.

If I own the work for my workspace, but cannot see features from workspaces I do not have permissions that are attached to my initiatives, then I cannot manage the scope of my workspace strategy.

Features from workspaces I do not have permissions to will not show up in the list of features I see on my initiative, but they will still be children of that initiative.

If I have set up my initiatives with worksheets that calculate values from its child records, the calculations break and say "hidden" and I have no idea why nor can I see the feature to know who to contact to request view access or disconnection from my initiative.

Example scenario:

Workspace A owner has been granted view access to everything in the account and owner access of Workspace A

Workspace B owner has been granted owner access for only their workspace or workspace line.

Workspace A owner connects a feature to a Workspace B initiative because it is visible to them (either by error or on purpose).

Workspace B owner has no way of knowing that the feature is even attached, but it will still impact any roll up calculations on their initiative, and would show, to others in reports, as having a feature attached to it that they are not aware of.
