Control who can share reports and who they can share views with internally

What is the challenge?

Currently, if you have access to a workspace you can share a report with that workspace. Meaning, everyone in that workspace can see your saved report.

What is the impact?

Concerns this could get out of hand for a larger customer. Difficult to keep team focussed on key reports if there is a large number of views cluttering the Roadmaps Overview screen.

Folders help to organize views, but there is no way to enforce their usage.

Describe your idea

A user only has editing access in a workspace, but they are a viewer in higher level workspace lines

The feature would allow you to prevent a user from being able to save reports in the higher level workspace lines. i.e. We can choose where they can save views.

Alternatively, force certain folder sections, so everything is kept organized and all the 'noise' hidden..
