Restrict Folder Creation for Contributors in the Roadmaps Overview All View

What is the challenge?

We maintain a folder hierarchy that follows the following structure:

Business unit -> Program-> Program/product specific reports

We have roughly 1500 Contributors and 350 workspaces in Aha! and our user base is highly active. As a result, we rely heavily on this hierarchy to remain clear and consistent so users know where to store and find their reports.

The ability for all Contributors to create folders wherever they want creates a lot of maintenance for our 3 system administrators to maintain the folder alignment structure.

What is the impact?

Reduced maintenance to maintain folder alignment structure. Reduced confusion for users searching for their correct business unit and program folder.

Describe your idea

There are a couple different potential solutions to this problem

    1. Create folder permissions levels similar to the workspace permissions tab

    2. Option to restrict Contributors from being able to add folders

    3. Only allow admins, owners, and custom roles to create folders
