What is the challenge? |
We maintain a folder hierarchy that follows the following structure: Business unit -> Program-> Program/product specific reports We have roughly 1500 Contributors and 350 workspaces in Aha! and our user base is highly active. As a result, we rely heavily on this hierarchy to remain clear and consistent so users know where to store and find their reports. The ability for all Contributors to create folders wherever they want creates a lot of maintenance for our 3 system administrators to maintain the folder alignment structure. |
