Currently, document access settings for the workspace allow for edit/view access to both notes and whiteboards. However, how notes vs. whiteboards are used can vary widely per team. One team might allow for more open access to whiteboards, but wants to restrict access to all notes since this could include standards and process details. It would be useful if these settings were separated so notes and whiteboard have their own view/edit options in the workspace settings |
