Automation conditions based on related item fields

What impact would it make?

We'd like to be able to create automations such as the following which is currently not possible:

When an activity is created or updated and the related workspace changes (EG - the activity is moved from one workspace to another by a user) then perform these actions:
Clear Assignee

Update [Custom field on Activity] from related record field [Custom field on workspace]

How should it work?

Allow you to search related record fields (Standard AND custom fields) and use them in automations to monitor for field changes on related records, conditions, field matching, To-do/Approval Assignee and actions.
