Automatically filter fields by relevant workspace

What is the challenge?

Currently, throughout the application, fields contain records from all workspaces under the account, meaning that they are cluttered with useless information, making it harder to find records I'm looking for.

What is the impact?

It is harder to find what I'm looking for.

Describe your idea

Automatically filter records based on the relevant workspace. As an example (please note this is just one example, there are many screens in the application where this problem exists) - if I am reviewing ideas, and I have a filter already set to restrict to only workspace A, then when I click through to any relevant fields (e.g.: when trying to link a feature with an idea) I should only be shown records related to workspace A by default.
