Hello.
We created a test workspace that we use a lot to try out different scenarios. We also are creating a lot of reports that our team can use, and so the test workspace appears in those reports. The only way to hide it is to have a filter at the workspace level, select all workspaces manually, and then unselect the test one.
I would like the ability to have a setting on workspaces to hide from reports that I can toggle on/off with 1 checkbox, so I can test reports with it on and with my various data scenarios in the reports and then turn it off, so when people look at the reports, the test workspace data isn't intermingled without having to go into each report and check/uncheck the workspace from the workspace filter.
Yes, it is under a product line. I did it intentionally to test out scenarios with the setup as close to other "peers" of the test workspace as possible. By removing variability such as parent hierarchy differences, I felt I could be more assured of the results of the testing.
Thank you for your idea. Is your test workspace under a parent line currently? If you move it out of a parent line, you can Select all or Select immediate children on the workspace filter so that it excludes your test workspace.
