Support Salesforce enhanced domains

Salesforce is launching enhanced domains in release Winter '24 and is already enforcing enhanced domains in orgs created since Summer '22.

Switching existing orgs to enhanced domains will change some of the URL's. We would like to ensure that our Aha! integration with Salesforce keeps running smoothly.
