Hi - so this is really an idea for expanding the scope of Aha! and have a specific CRM product "Aha CRM".
We are ourselves using Aha for product and find it very flexible and a pleasure to use.
For CRM we are using saleforce which is honestly a bit underwhelming in terms of tracking activities, handling todos and visualizing and reporting. Things can be done but it is slow and requires a lot of adaption.
Is this something that you have looked at ?

Add custom fields to capture key customer details.
Add a product to your Aha! product hierarchy to capture customer details. You can customize the terminology for this product to make it more clear.
Use product notes to capture additional details on customer calls.
Use to-dos to set reminders.
Add custom tables to track customer information.
