Integration into Salesforce leads

We move customers from opportunity into lead generally before we can capture their ideas. They are then leads for their lifetime with our business. With the current Aha! Salesforce integration, we can't capture their ideas through Salesforce.

      Same as Bill: we would disqualified lead for wanting missing feature and won't turn it into an opp. Would be great to be able to link to the disqualified leads and reengage if feature gets prioritized.

      Same as  Bill: our leads would never turn into an opportunity if we qualify out based on missing features. Capturing that in AHA (as votes on ideas) would be brilliant.

      When SDRs immediately disqualify a lead over a feature we do not have, they never make it to an account or opportunity, so we have no way of tracking the dealbreaker in Aha.
