Additional custom domain for knowledge base

What is the challenge?

2 different support URLs have been shared with customers of an Aha! customer who wants to use Aha! Knowledge for their support content. They are unable to set up a redirect on their side to redirect traffic from one of their support URLs to the other.

What is the impact?

They are unable to publish their Aha! knowledge base because their user base who has one of the support URLs would lose access if they tried to use it.
