2 different support URLs have been shared with customers of an Aha! customer who wants to use Aha! Knowledge for their support content. They are unable to set up a redirect on their side to redirect traffic from one of their support URLs to the other. |
What is the impact? |
They are unable to publish their Aha! knowledge base because their user base who has one of the support URLs would lose access if they tried to use it. |
