We are struggling to add AppStore reviews/suggestions from Google Play and App Store via AHA using Zendesk.
The customer is using APPBOT and this sends google and apple reviews directly to zendesk. Many of these reviews contain ideas. The customer wants to send the ZD ticket through to the Ideas portal, but the review doesn't contain an email address.
The ZD agent cannot send these through as they can only vote on an idea a max of 10 times. There can be 000's of reviews with the same idea.
A way to deal with this is to allow the customer the ability to not have email as a mandatory field when adding a proxy vote.

As a product manager, when customers provide feedback about my app in the app store, I need the ability for that feedback to automatically route through my ideas portal so that I don't have to manually monitor app store feedback.
