Ability to edit ideas created by same user, regardless of whether using a portal or Aha! directly.
Same user enters an ideas on their individual platform. Cannot edit the idea within the portal, even with the permissions granted. Would like the ability for the same user to enter ideas in the portal or individual platforms & still have edit access if the user is a Reviewer.

I have already met with Aha! Support & they instructed me to submit an idea for this issue, since I have the same sign in (account), but cannot enter an idea if not submitted directly in the portal.

Thanks for reaching out. This should work today unless your use case is different.
If an Aha! reviewer creates an idea in Aha!, they are able to edit it in the portal.
If an Aha! reviewer creates an idea in the portal, they are also able to edit it within Aha! on the idea details page.
Can you share a little more about your use case? Perhaps the reviewer is not logging in to the portal with their Aha! login but with a separate portal login instead.
