Separate Epics and Features in the My work left nav

I would find this view much clearer if these entities were in separate categories in the left side list. There seems to be plenty of room to do this.

Add "Completed by" approval column to reporting

When reporting on approvals there should be a way to report on "completed by" so that stakeholders can report on features that need approval and that have been approved. Currently there is no way to report on the number of users who have approved.
