Update Google Drive integration to be able to view G Suite's Team Drives
We converted our Product shared folder to a Product Team Drive (https://gsuite.google.com/learning-center/products/drive/get-started-team-drive) but now it's not showing up in the available folders to choose from.

Reinstate "Select All" in report filters while also keeping "Clear All"
