Ideally, we'd like to input specific effort and impact values based on our own customized fields, and have these associated with the position in the initiative chart view.
I agree, I would really like to plot Master Features/Features in a Matrix based on effort / value
Definitely need the graph position to be linked to score assigned to initiative or else its pointless
If we could connect a scorecard to the matrix, we could see the value of the 2x2 matrix from an objective scoring exercise.
A Matrix view based on scorecards is needed to retain the objective valuing of Initiatives/Goals. It just makes sense to have this carry through.
We'd like the ability to change the matrix axis to match our Pragmatic Marketing templates. Both axis should go from Low-High to get this quadrant chart matching our Pragmatic scales- very confusing for our team and audience to reverse their thinking on this data view compared to all other places we show this.
