Allow deletion of ideas

Allow ideas you create on this board to be deleted by the creator in "Edit Ideas" when you realize the feature already exists...

    Thank you for your idea. We would recommend adding a comment on any idea that you would like to have deleted. The portal administrator is able to delete them if needed.

    At this time we are unlikely to implement the capability for portal users to delete their own ideas as it could cause issues with accidental deletion of ideas that have historical votes and comments from other users.

    Fair, though having a delete option that exists only until someone (besides
    the original poster) votes or comments would eliminate mistaken posts
    Maybe it's not common enough to be a problem for you. In any case my
    workaround was just to retitle it to this post, so you can delete if you
    see fit.
